Due to the nature of perfume and fragrance products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered and opened.

However, we may offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product arrived damaged or broken.
  • The product is defective or has a manufacturing issue.
  • Your order is incomplete or an item is missing.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos or a video of the package and product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate refund method.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds or replacements for:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery
